We are looking for a visionary product owner to lead the development of our modular ACE assessment platform, connecting teams, ideas, and technology to deliver smarter, more efficient solutions.

About the role
As our Lead Digital Capabilities Product Owner, you'll
* Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of the ACE platform, ensuring our assessment operations are connected, efficient, and competitive
* Lead a talented team, championing agile practices while developing a culture of innovation and collaboration
* Work closely with your peers in Assessment Operations, Digital and Data, Propositions and Technology teams to coordinate the development of digital capabilities across the portfolio
* Shape new digital capabilities, from adaptive testing to AI-enabled scoring, and help Cambridge remain at the forefront of assessment innovation
* Influence multi-million-pound investment decisions and ensure our solutions meet the high standards of quality, security, and regulatory compliance
About you
You are an experienced digital product leader with a strong track record in delivering large-scale digital solutions. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in digital assessment platforms, agile product management, and stakeholder engagement.
You bring:
* Significant experience leading digital transformation and managing complex projects.
* Deep understanding of digital assessment, modular architectures, and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
* Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive, innovative mindset and resilience in fast-paced environments.
