We're looking for a driven and commercially minded
Business Development Manager
to join our growing financial services team covering
Leeds
and the surrounding region.
The Role
This is a true new-business role suited to someone who loves the hunt. You'll be responsible for generating your own leads, building strong professional relationships, and creating a pipeline of opportunities.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Proactively sourcing and generating your own leads
* Approaching and developing relationships with Accountants and Business Owners
* Booking and conducting initial client meetings
* Identifying opportunities for Corporate IP (Insurance & Protection) solutions
* Arranging qualified follow-up meetings for Corporate IP specialists
* Managing your pipeline and activity to achieve growth targets
This is a field-based role, so you'll spend most of your time meeting clients face-to-face.

* Comfortable generating leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
* Experienced in business development, sales, or financial services (preferred but not essential)
* Skilled at building credibility with professional clients
