Gray Talent, a division of GrayX, is a global, social-first talent management agency working exclusively with knowledge creators in photography, videography, adventure, tech, AI, business and personal finance.
We’re looking to hire a Talent Manager to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing a segment of our talent roster, developing brand relationships and executing brand partnerships. You’ll be reporting and working alongside the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
* Manage a segment of our social-first talent roster.
* Manage deliverables and terms for partnerships, including but not limited to: fee negotiation, briefing talent and delivering content from creation to delivery to brand, and gathering analytics to share with brands post-campaign.
* Proactive outreach for core partnerships in the digital space, approaching brands and/or agencies to generate new relationships on behalf of talent.
* Strategise and plan with talent, supporting their career development as well as roster retention.
* Talent inbox management - responding promptly to inbound enquiries, sharing media kits and rates.
* Discover, outreach and close new talent to continue to build your roster segment.
* Attend meetings with agencies, pitching the entire roster. Ability to reach and exceed your talent revenue targets to ensure the success and growth of the division.
Qualifications
* 2 years experience within a digital/influencer talent management role is preferable.
* A clear understanding of talent management, contracts and brand partnerships.
* Adaptable self-starter who can manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously with a persistent and determined attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal, written communication and collaboration skills. Must demonstrate a high quality of work performed both accurately and efficiently, with professional references to support.
* Possess in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the social media industry and passion for the world of influencers and influencer marketing.
* A keen eye for talent and trends within the creator/social media space (particularly Instagram & TikTok).
* Strong understanding of using Google Drive for document management and file sharing is preferable.
* Understanding of Monday.com and Frame.io is preferable.
* Knowledge and understanding of the following niches is preferable: Tech, Photography, Videography, AI, Personal Finance, Business & Entrepreneurship.
* Organised and pragmatic with day-to-day tasks.

* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary £24k-£29k depending on experience + bonus
