What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll operate state-of-the-art equipment to support the safe, high-quality production of mRNA vaccines. Your role will be hands-on, technical, and vital — combining operational know-how with digital fluency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards
* Maintaining a clean, compliant, and safe work environment
* Completing accurate documentation for batch records and operational logs
* Conducting routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
* Participating in root cause investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement efforts
* Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure production goals and quality metrics are met
What You Bring
* 1+ years of GMP experience within pharma/biotech industry (ESSENTIAL FOR SUBMISSION)
* Degree in pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent
* Strong attention to detail, agility in learning, and a proactive mindset
* Comfort working in a digital, highly automated environment
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Bonus if you have:
Experience with filtration, chromatography, or cold chain processes
Familiarity with audit preparation or regulatory compliance
Understanding of Lean principles and digital manufacturing tools
