Operational Prison Support
Location: Cardiff
Shift Pattern: Full time.
You will work a 39 hour week consisting of the standard 37 hour week and a further 2 additional hours.
This role requires working regular unsocial hours. Unsocial hours are those hours outside 0700 - 1900hrs Monday to Friday and include working evenings, nights, weekends and Bank/Public holidays.
Pay Rate: £14.97 + overtime rate available

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage entry/exit and searches at the gate
2. Escort contractors, vehicles, and prisoners
3. Monitor CCTV, report suspicious activity
4. Process visitors and oversee mail censorship
5. Assist with prisoner processing and food delivery
