Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Development: Partner with the Store Manager to lead a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team. Foster a collaborative environment, drive training, and ensure clear communication.
* Operational Excellence: Assist with daily store operations, maintain visual standards, prioritize health and safety, and support recruitment efforts.
* Sales & Performance: Support sales targets, monitor KPIs, manage stock levels, and implement loss prevention strategies.
* Customer Experience: Lead in delivering outstanding service, handle feedback, and build community connections.
