The role involves producing consolidated, statutory, and internal financial and management reports to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the monthly reporting, consolidation, and disclosure for the company.
2. Oversee the consolidated statutory account drafting process and perform primary reviews.
3. Manage the entity statutory account review process.
4. Maintain the relationship with Group auditors.
5. Handle Head Office company accounting and related processes.
6. Assist in managing the Group's tax position.
7. Review consolidated forecasts and budget submissions.
8. Review cash management reports.
9. Manage a team, including transactional finance.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
* Strong technical knowledge.
* Experience with group accounting and consolidations.
* Detail-oriented.
* Professional, diligent, and results-driven.
* Effective communicator at all levels (verbal/written).
