Week 1 - Monday - Friday / 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2 - Monday - Friday / 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Week 3 - Monday - Friday / 10:00pm – 6:00am
37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Independently program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to craft parts as per the specified standards.
* Interpret technical drawings and program CNC machine accordingly.
* Supervise machines during operation, making real-time adjustments for enhanced results.
* Maintain machinery cleanliness and functionality on a daily basis.
* Check the completed products for precision, ensuring alignment with MTL Advanced's specifications.
* Promptly report and document any discrepancies in machine or tooling operations.
* Engage proactively with the engineering and production units to meet and exceed quality benchmarks.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
* Demonstrated experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator (Minimum of 3 years preferred).
* Experience with Fanuc controls.
* Experience with precision measurement instruments.
* Ability to seamlessly interpret technical drawings.
* Excellent communicator.
* Innate problem-solving and troubleshooting capacities.
