Job Title: Event Co-ordinator at Tatton Park
Tatton Park Event Team is seeking an experienced Event Co-ordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities: The role involves a balanced mix of office work and operational management of events. The department oversees Weddings, Conferences, Filming and Photography, and the Outdoor Events Programme.
Job Details: The position requires flexibility across weekends and weekdays, working independently and collaboratively with other departments across the estate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Sales: Handling enquiries via phone and email, conducting venue show rounds, and following up on potential leads.
2. Administration: Producing client contracts and managing the financial aspects of bookings.
3. Event Planning: Developing relationships with clients, discussing their event requirements, and managing workload from planning through to post-event paperwork.
4. Operational Event Management: Overseeing all event aspects, liaising with contractors (caterers, venue dressers), ensuring timely setup, managing casual staff, and overseeing breakdown/derig procedures.
5. Business Development: Collaborating with the team to explore new event opportunities at Tatton Park.
