Adore Recruitment is proud to be working with a successful, family-run plumbing distribution business currently expanding their warehouse team. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operative who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to contribute to a growing operation.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods
* Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
* Managing stock levels and inventory accuracy
* Operating forklifts (if licensed) to handle goods safely
* Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse
* Assisting with other tasks across the business as needed
? Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck) highly desirable
* Full UK driving licence and own transport required (site not easily accessible by public transport)
* Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent team player with good communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive
