Private Client Senior Associate
A rare opportunity for an experienced Private Client lawyer to step into a Senior Associate role within a highly respected Private Wealth team, advising on complex, high-value and often cross-border matters. This is a position where your technical expertise will directly shape client outcomes and contribute to the continued growth of a leading practice.
The Role
You will take ownership of sophisticated private client matters, working across estate planning, tax structuring and multi-jurisdictional wealth arrangements. The environment is collaborative but offers genuine autonomy, with exposure to senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Advising on complex wills, trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning for HNW and international clients
* Structuring and administering trusts, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional arrangements
* Supporting family business owners with succession planning, governance and tax-efficient wealth transfer
* Working alongside corporate colleagues on business structuring, exits and shareholder planning

We're Looking For:
* 5+ years' PQE as a Private Client Solicitor or Associate with strong technical experience
* Proven expertise in wills, trusts, tax planning and complex estate matters
* Experience working with HNW individuals, business owners or international clients
* STEP and/or CTA qualifications preferred (or working towards)
* Confident supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
* Strong drafting, analytical and client relationship skills
