We are Boden. **Overview**The Print Design Admin Assistant for Womenswear provides essential administrative and creative support to the Design team, contributing to the smooth running of the department and supporting the delivery of inspiring seasonal collections. Reporting into the Senior Designer, you’ll work closely and collaboratively across the wider design function, becoming a trusted and integral part of the team.You’ll approach every task with positivity, organisation and resilience, bringing a proactive, can-do attitude to a fast-paced creative environment. A strong sense of teamwork is key, alongside a genuine understanding of — and affinity with — the Boden brand, values and core customer.**What You Will Do*** Manage PLM systems, including uploading tech packs, artworks, colour information and setting up BOMs* Handle email correspondence and liaise with suppliers* Manage samples from bought through to development stages* Support approvals of trims, strike-offs, artworks and lab dips* Assist with CP management* Support colour palette development, including creating palettes, ordering colours and managing colour processes* Help set up, maintain and archive seasonal Miro boards, garment range boards and creative assets* Prepare sketches into samples, shapes, prints and logos, placing print where directed* Create and maintain embroidery and artwork packs* Research competitor and aspirational brands to support creative development* Assist with meeting preparation, including setting up rooms with printouts and samples* Maintain design trackers to ensure accuracy and timely updates* Organise and manage the copyright process**What We Are Looking For*** A positive, enthusiastic and highly organised approach to work* A strong interest in colour and print, with a good eye for detail* A solid understanding of competitor and aspirational brands within womenswear* Confident CAD skills, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop* Experience using PLM systems (preferred)* BA (Hons) degree in Fashion Design, Print, Illustration or Textiles* Practical industry experience gained through a relevant internship or similar hands-on role is desirable**What We Offer*** Competitive salary & targeted annual bonus scheme.* Generous Boden clothing allowance!* 30% discount on all current clothing ranges.* 25 days Holiday annually, plus Bank Holidays.* Online Portal with an array of discounts on retail & entertainment.* Virtual GP Service for you and your household!* Free onsite parking and subsidised café.We want Boden to be the place everyone wants to work.
