The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the firm’s expanding Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team in Coventry. You will be working with some of the most respected claimant lawyers in the region, managing a varied and challenging caseload of Clinical Negligence matters — from initial instruction through to resolution. Key responsibilities include: Handling new and ongoing Clinical Negligence claims, including litigated cases Liaising with clients, counsel, medical experts, and other professionals Drafting pleadings, instructions, and schedules of loss Conducting valuations and engaging in settlement negotiations Attending client meetings and court hearings as required Providing exceptional client care and maintaining regular communication throughout each case This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident, technically strong lawyer who wants to work on meaningful, high-quality cases in a respected and genuinely supportive team environment.
