WeDoData are working with an all-through school in West Sussex who are part of a successful multi academy trust, who are looking for an enthusiastic IT Technician to work alongside the Network Manager, to provide IT support throughout the school to staff & students.
The role
In this "boots on the ground" role, you will help to maintain the effective use of technology throughout the school, who utilise a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Apple School Manager, Active Directory, JAMF and more.
This is a customer facing role where you will be working closely with end-users to to ensure a smooth running IT function and to allow continued learning with the support of IT - a crucial part of the schools learning environment!

* Support of 1 to 1 student iPads
* User management with Active Directory
* Mobile device management with JAMF
* Support of Windows and Mac environments
* 1st & 2nd line support throughout the school
Requirements
Previous experience working in IT in industry is required, alongside an eagerness to develop and learn. You will have previous experience managing users and providing end user IT support, with excellent customer service.
Experience working in the education sector would be hugely beneficial, but not a deal breaker!
