Review, Investigate and action installer chargebacks appeals as required, communicating decisions to relevant stakeholders Attend forums where required, promoting performance excellence, obtaining feedback, and demonstrating engagement Engage with installers & installations field team on new development, new products & adherence to process In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
