Proposed Interview Date: W/C 20th April 2026 The role As a Homeownership Manager you will facilitate the homeownership service for The Regenda Group, inclusive of Right to Buy/Right to Acquire applications, shared ownership staircasing, lease extensions, management packs for leasehold properties, coordinator of equity loans and management of a small patch of leasehold and shared ownership properties. The right fit You have a strong background with experience in handling leasehold and affordable home ownership. Excellent understanding of lease and legal title, with the ability to coney information simply to customers and colleagues. Experience in processing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire, lease extensions and staircasing. Ability to develop effective new processes. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and accurate record-keeping skills. You have a customer focused approach with an ability to positively manage customer expectations.
