The Divisional Salles Manager (DSM) is responsible for the implementation of the Care UK sales strategy across a nominated portfolio across North England & Scotland. The DSM plays a crucial role in driving annual revenue growth by ensuring operational colleagues are trained, coached and supported to independently generate, manage and convert sales enquiries and achieve their revenue targets. The DSM is responsible for ensuring the sales function operates to consistently high quality standards, holding both Customer Relations Managers (CRMs) and Home / General Managers (HMs) accountable for following agreed process and delivering against both revenue budgets and brand standards. The DSM will develop and deliver quarterly sales strategies to ensure an appropriate level of focus on new openings and revenue-challenged homes. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Regional Directors (RDs), Operations Directors (ODs) to develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans to deliver occupancy, fee and revenue growth across a portfolio of homes. Work with ODs and RDs to ensure compliance to all Care UK sales operating procedures via the Sales and Marketing Toolkit and other Ways of Working documentation and support the Marketing Director with updates and enhancements to this documentation and any related training materials. Support ODs in running weekly occupancy calls to ensure HMs and CRMs are held accountable for agreed actions, particularly in challenged and new build homes Work with the ODs and commercial finance to ensure clear monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are in place What We're Looking For: A proven track record in delivering revenue growth in large multi-site organisations Commercial awareness and a focus on driving results Ability to think strategically as well as provide hands-on tactical support Excellent sense of initiative and problem solving Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation Leadership experience Why Join Care UK?
