The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food across multiple outlets, maintaining high standards while driving consistency and creativity. You will:
Support and lead the kitchen team in day-to-day operations
Deliver high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across all services
Assist with menu development and innovation
Manage kitchen compliance, hygiene and food safety standards
Train, mentor and develop junior chefs
Support stock control, ordering and GP management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Background in high-quality, fresh food kitchens
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for seasonal produce and modern cooking techniques
Organised, resilient and commercially aware
A genuine love for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
