We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Pentonville, working as a Curriculum Manager. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.

HMP Pentonville is a Category B/C men's prison located in the Islington area of London, England. It is managed by His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service. HMP Pentonville prison serves as a significant correctional facility within the UK's prison system.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Teaching qualification - minimum Cert Ed or PGCE
Degree or equivalent (including equivalent life / career experience)
Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
Developing, leading and managing a team effectively
Managing colleagues including the deployment of those staff and appropriate delegation of tasks
