Base pay range
We are looking for a Senior Support worker to join our Services located in a beautiful small bungalow set in the area of Kirkdale, Liverpool

What you’ll be doing:
* The people we support are 6 Females with a diagnosis of complex Mental Health Conditions.
* Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
* Working alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
* Be part of an on-call system,
* Participate, and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
* Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
* Some admin duties will need to be completed
* This is within a small yet busy, vibrant residential service.
Who you are:
* Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
* Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
* Experienced
* Have a level 3 NVQ or are willing to work towards one
* Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
* Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
* Willing to be flexible as shift rota can include days and nights, and be part of an on-call system
