📍 Location: Kendal | 💷 Pay: £12.60-13.00

1. Support individuals with day-to-day tasks - from personal care to life skills
2. Encourage independence, confidence, and decision-making
3. Be a companion, mentor, and advocate
4. Help people access the community - shopping, social events, work placements
5. Handle challenging behaviour with compassion and calm
6. Be part of a team that feels like family

10. Experience is great - but attitude matters more
11. A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential
