Main Purpose of the Job:
To support business growth and the retention of an esteemed Bleckmann client. This involves advocating the Bleckmann Culture, and maintaining strong relationships across three distribution centers (currently two in the UK and one in the Netherlands).
At this moment this is a full time role but when the hyper case phase is over, we will reduce working days to a maximum of 3.
Key Tasks
* Overall Client Responsibility:
* Oversee the development and performance of our client within the entire organization.
* Serve as the escalation point for client management.
* Conduct internal meetings with relevant stakeholders and manage robust solutions.
* Contract Management:
* Maintain valid SLAs, pricing, and contracts with the client.
* Handle price index events (annual and others) and provide weekly reporting.
* Profitability and Growth:
* Maximize client profitability in alignment with organizational strategic plans.
* Utilize client insights and data analytics to identify service and pricing opportunities.
* Strategic Awareness:
* Anticipate strategic changes in the client’s business for competitive advantage.
* Focus on cross-selling, retention, service improvements, and cost efficiency.
* Reporting and Leadership:
* Enhance internal and external client satisfaction through improved reporting (KPI Dashboards).
* Participate in QBRs and MBRs for the relevant sites
* Lead by example in terms of commitment, ethics, and client knowledge.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders daily.
* Establish robust customer account plans and maintain weekly NPS score dashboards for the Distribution Centres

* Possesses excellent knowledge of financial cost price calculations and adeptly works with pricing models.
