Job Description
We are recruiting a School Receptionist for our client on a temporary, ongoing basis. The role involves working at a busy front desk for a school, with school holidays off. You will be the first point of contact for visitors.
* Welcome visitors warmly and professionally
* Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately
* Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, typing documents, and maintaining diaries
* Set up meeting rooms and provide refreshments as needed
Candidate Profile
* Experience in an administrative role within the last 3 months
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong written and spoken communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
