Framework Manager - Social Housing Location: Mill Hill, NW7 (covering London projects) Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 full benefits We are seeking an experienced Framework Manager to lead a growing bid team with a particular focus on social housing frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in securing new frameworks and developing strong, long-term client relationships. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Lead the preparation and submission of framework bids. * Manage the bid team to ensure timely and high-quality submissions. * Develop strategies to win new social housing frameworks. * Build and maintain strong relationships with framework providers. * Act as the main point of contact once new frameworks are secured. * Provide market intelligence and support the company’s growth strategy. Skills & Experience Required * Proven experience as a Framework Manager or in a similar role within construction. * Strong knowledge of social housing frameworks and public sector procurement. * Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. * Commercial awareness with the ability to align bids to business strategy. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. * Experience managing bid teams for a main contractor.
