Research Analyst - Crypto / Digital Assets
London - hybrid

This one is about influence.
We’re working with a high-growth, globally recognised digital asset business building a commercial research function that’s already generating serious traction with institutional clients.
Since launching commercially, they’ve scaled to a multi-million revenue run-rate - and the ambition is a lot bigger.
This isn’t a “sit in the background and write reports” role.
You’ll be:
* Owning end-to-end research projects
* Building investment-grade theses on major crypto narratives
* Working directly with top-tier clients (think funds, protocols, institutional players)
* Using real data to shape opinions - not recycling what’s already out there

What you’ll be doing:
* Producing deep-dive research across key areas: L1s, DeFi, infrastructure, stablecoins, exchanges
* Building clear, defensible investment theses (value accrual, token mechanics, market positioning)
* Pulling and analysing data using APIs, SQL, Python
* Turning complex data into clear, commercial narratives
* Engaging with clients and internal stakeholders on findings
What they’re looking for
* Strong background in crypto / digital assets research
* Ability to form original opinions (not just summarise the market)
* Hands-on experience with Python and SQL (non-negotiable)
* Experience working with on-chain / market data (Dune, DeFiLlama, APIs etc.)
* Commercial mindset - understanding how research ties to revenue and clients
