Job Description
The Role
As our Business manager, you'll be ultimately responsible for the Technology Department's finances, including both headcount and non-headcount costs, throughout the entire business. This role requires a well organised individual with strong stakeholder and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a track record identifying and managing cost optimisation initiatives within the technology landscape.

What you'll do:
* Partners with the CTO in the operational management of the Technology function
* Assists the CTO in developing communication strategies and ensuring the team is working effectively
* Oversees the budgeting processes across Technology, providing the interface between Finance colleagues, Technology and all business units
* Plans and forecasts Capital and Operational expenditure in conjunction with the Change team, tracks operating expenditure and provide data insights to all divisions
* Establishes and implements continuous-improvement programmes for the IT function with ownership of audit findings and driving resolution
Qualifications
Requirements:
* 10 or more years in IT and business/industry
* A minimum of five years of leadership responsibilities
* Experience in business/industry and technology, managing cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
* Excellent skills and experience with Excel
* Excellent word and PowerPoint skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to analyse data, derive meaningful conclusions, and communicate these to senior stakeholders

* Have Financial Services experience, ideally within the payments sector
