Social Media Executive Leicester | Fixed- Term Do you know what makes content stop a scroll? We're looking for a creative, organised social media professional to join our Marketing team and help shape how Mattioli Woods – one of the UK's leading wealth management groups – shows up digitally. You'll have real ownership of our channels across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube – crafting content, managing the calendar, and making sure everything we publish is timely, on-brand, and genuinely worth reading. Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you'll play a meaningful role in building an online presence that matches the quality of the business behind it. What you’ll be doing: creating content – posts, captions, graphics, reels and short-form video – across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube scheduling and managing content calendars, making sure everything goes out on time and on brand supporting campaign delivery by coordinating with the Marketing, PR and Events teams to keep messaging joined up pulling together weekly and monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth and top posts keeping a close eye on competitors and flagging trends worth acting on What we’re looking for: someone who genuinely enjoys social media and understands what makes content land organised and reliable – content calendars, approval workflows and posting deadlines comfortable with Canva or similar design tools collaborative – you'll work closely with Marketing, PR, Events and other colleagues across the business to deliver effective social media strategies.
