The Role
* Plan, schedule, and deliver engaging training sessions and programmes
* Collaborate with senior managers, HR, and H&S to assess and meet training needs
* Create training materials, SOPs, and work instructions
* Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with certifications
* Deliver induction training and represent the organisation at schools/apprenticeship events
* Source and coordinate external training to enhance internal programmes
* Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
* Strong communication skills and ability to train technical skills
* Experience in training needs analysis
* IT skills for tracking and reporting
* Passion for developing people and processes
