We're seeking a skilled and dependable maintenance contractor/handyman to join our team on a self-employed basis. Initially starting at one day per week, you'll be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across two properties in the Leominster area.
This flexible, self-employed role is ideal for someone who values quality workmanship, takes initiative, and works with pride. If you're experienced, self-motivated, and looking for consistent work, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a contractor, you'll carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair jobs including (but not limited to):
* General repairs
* Painting & decorating
* Basic plumbing & electrics
* Flat pack furniture assembly
* Garden maintenance
* Property upkeep

* Proven handyman/maintenance experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Own tools and transport
* Public liability insurance
* Friendly, professional, and punctual
* Able to work independently and manage your own time
* Enhanced DBS Compliance (funded by company)
