We're looking for Lush Chelmsford's next Trainee Manager!
Lush Chelmsford is a small but mighty community-focused store, located in Essex, roughly 30 minutes from London City Centre by train. With a passion for events, in-store parties, and the Magic of Retail, the Chelmsford team is very proud to have achieved 100% Mystery Shop scores on their last two reports, as well as consistently ranking in the top 10 in the Party Sales League.
As a Trainee Manager, you will work with Beth to develop a brilliant management team and provide excellent experiences for all our customers. You will gain development from your Store Manager while working together to drive sales, create profit, and foster a joyful environment for customers and staff alike.
We currently have a team of 3 supervisors and 9 sales assistants, which will grow in the coming months, all sharing the goal of delivering excellent customer service.

Contract:
32-40 Hours
Salary:
Up to £29,550 (pro rata based on hours)

You will help create and execute "top box" goals for the store and team, assess progress, and help shape the team structure for success. Recruitment and upskilling of team members will be part of your responsibilities, aligning roles to meet store needs.
