Operating in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you'll oversee multiple concurrent projects across customer sites, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end project execution for machinery refurbishment and retrofit activities
2. Lead multiple fast-moving projects, often at different customer sites simultaneously
3. Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with business goals
4. Liaise effectively with customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
5. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, including engineering, supply chain, service, and commercial departments
6. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on-site and during implementation
