What are we looking for?
Person Specification
* 3+ years working in data analysis or research (another relevant roles will be considered).
* Skills and experience to hit the ground running in this role, work at pace and take initiative and ownership across the projects.
* Conduct and manage robust analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
* Ideally some experience of working with a small team.
What will you be doing?
We are now seeking the right person to develop our reporting, to feed into all aspects of the charity!
From creating impact reporting, developing methodologies, database management, and working with other volunteers, your efforts will be felt throughout the organisation!
