Multimatic is a global automotive supply company providing hardware and engineering services to OEMs around the world.
Multimatic Niche Volume Assembly is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to monitor supplier, customer and internal quality issues. Involvement in all IATF process and audits

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the supplier database
2. Monitor and tracking supplier performance
3. Regular supplier reviews include on-site audits where applicable
4. Adding and vetting all new potential/new suppliers including onsite visits where required
5. Update supplier on their suppler quality score
6. Manage the DMN system, recording and following all DMN’s through to completion with either the supplier, customer or internal assigned team.
7. Liaise with process engineer to keep all production process up to date.
8. Arrange and track all internal process audits.
9. Monitor and track staff training keeping all documentation up to date.
10. Assist in maintaining the MNVA quality management systems to IATF standards, including regular systems and process reviews.
11. Prepare for and attend customer and annual systems audits.
12. Share and promote the objectives contained in the “Presidents Message” with all staff.
13. Track progress towards meeting “Presidents Message” goals within the department
14. Adopt and practice Kaizen Principles and Concepts
15. Follow all general procedures where applicable as indicated in the GENERAL PROCEDURES section of the level II Procedure manual.
16. Support and encourage KAIZEN and Gear activities.
17. Train, coach and assist department personnel in the development of continuous improvement ideas and solicit GEAR activities from staff to meet corporate goals.
18. Conduct employee performance reviews for department personnel minimum annually.
19. Submits training needs to HR as determined from departmental needs and employee evaluations.
20. Maintain all training records
21. Ensure that all personnel are working in a safe and efficient manner
22. Perform other duties as required.
Basic Requirements: An appropriate blend of education and/or experience ideally within the automotive industry
23. Experience in and IATF or TS quality systems
24. Capable of organising and managing priorities, business equipment and problem solving techniques.
25. Experience in and IATF or TS quality systems. VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 auditor qualifications and or PSCR experience an advantage.
26. PSCR qualifications an advantage.
27. Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural organisation and provide direction and leadership.
28. Must possess good social and interpersonal communication skills.
29. Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft business products
30. Must have understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes.
31. Full driving license
32. Have a passport and be willing to travel as required
33. Ability to read, write and speak English.
34. German speaker an advantage.
