How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Leytonstone:
21. Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
22. Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
23. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
24. Encourage your teams development and progression
25. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
26. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
27. Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
28. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
29. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents:
30. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
31. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
32. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
33. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
34. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
35. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
36. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
37. Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
38. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
39. Ability to work under own initiative
40. Good telephone manner
41. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
