Responsibilities:
• Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing
• Implements (international) governmental safety regulations together with lower operational management
• Translates strategic HSE performance and sustainability targets into operational tasks for sites managed
• Evaluates accident investigation and develops improvement measures to minimize occurances
• Ensures compliance to guidelines and recommendations for accident prevention
• Ensures safety audit requirements are met
• Conducts the HSE training programs for the managed site
• Develops action plan and measure together with Local Management Team to ensure HSE compliance on-site
Qualifications:
1. Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
2. Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
