Registered Manager – Specialist CSE Service

We're recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a specialist children's home in Shrewsbury, supporting young people with experiences of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). This is a vital, rewarding role with a respected UK provider committed to high standards, trauma-informed care, and lasting outcomes.
About the Role:
• Lead a CSE-specialist residential service for children and young people
• Develop and implement individualised care plans with a strong therapeutic focus
• Create a culture of safety, trust, and recovery
• Build, mentor, and retain a stable, skilled staff team
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with parents, social workers, and external professionals
• Monitor quality, respond to concerns, and promote continual improvement

About You:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care, including at least 1 year at a supervisory level
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to enrol within 6 months)
• Skilled in team leadership, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice
• Strong understanding of Quality Standards, SCCIF, and regulatory frameworks
• Confident communicator and advocate for young people
• Full UK driving licence required
