Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical leadership for wastewater modelling projects.
2. Develop and deliver innovative technical solutions for stormwater overflows, water quality management, developer assessments, flood investigations, and more.
3. Collaborate with specialist teams to develop new tools and procedures within wastewater modelling, enhancing our expert solutions.
4. Plan and coordinate project delivery, including cost estimation.
5. Line manage and mentor junior team members, supervising their technical outputs.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or relevant field, and membership of an industry-relevant institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM). Experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment and technical expertise in urban drainage modelling, including proficiency with InfoWorks ICM.
Experience in staff management and development, with the ability to provide technical leadership and integrate well into a team. Embody our values of client focus and service excellence.

We are seeking Senior Wastewater Modellers to join our offices in Cambridge, Brighton, London, Ashford, Kings Hill, Southampton, and High Wycombe. You will be part of a national team working on projects related to catchment growth, flood risk reduction, and water quality improvement, with a focus on environmental sustainability and community impact.
