We are currently recruiting for a Continental Shift Engineer on behalf of a well-established international manufacturer operating within a highly specialised and technically demanding production environment.
This business continues to invest heavily in its engineering capability,plant infrastructure and operational performance,creating an opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a team focused on reliability,continuous improvement and long-term plant performance.
This is a varied role offering exposure to preventative maintenance,fault finding,equipment upgrades and improvement projects within a complex manufacturing setting.
The Role
As part of the engineering team,you will provide multi-skilled support across plant and production equipment,ensuring machinery reliability,minimising downtime and supporting ongoing site improvements.
Responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Diagnosing faults and identifying root causes of equipment failures
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues
* Contributing to equipment upgrades and installation projects
