The Role
Following a comprehensive Learning and Development induction programme designed to set you up for success, you will manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload aligned with your experience. This will include matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, and shared ownership work.
You will be supported by modern systems and operational teams, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent client experience and managing your caseload effectively.
In addition to your base salary, the bonus scheme offers the opportunity to earn between £12,000 and £15,000 per year, depending on performance. The firm also provides a clearly defined career pathway, supporting both professional progression and long-term development.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have at least two years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload and demonstrate strong technical knowledge across property transactions.
You will also bring excellent communication skills, a strong client-service mindset, and high levels of organisation and attention to detail.
