Location: Wiltshire (with hybrid working)
Salary: £50,000 – £62,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a highly regarded and ambitious law firm with a strong regional and national client base.
The successful candidate will support an Associate Solicitor on a broad mix of corporate and commercial work, with exposure to clients ranging from SMEs and high-net-worth entrepreneurs to large regional and international businesses.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
* Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial documentation.
* Advising clients across a broad variety of sectors.
* Working closely with senior solicitors while building your own caseload.
* Contributing to the growth, ethos, and values of the wider team.
* Participating in business development initiatives and events.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law (regional or City firm experience welcomed).
* Have strong technical ability with proven drafting skills.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Possess commercial awareness and sound business acumen.
* Be a proactive team player with independence of thought and fresh ideas.
* Share the firm’s ethos of collaboration, innovation, and community engagement.
