Your Role at a Glance As a Resource Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in the smooth delivery of essential repair and maintenance services to thousands of residents: Coordinate, schedule and allocate jobs to operatives and subcontractors (emergency, urgent & routine) Ensure appointments are met and SLA targets are hit Keep calendars, job records, and completion data up to date and accurate Support field operatives by managing job updates, reassignments and urgent issues Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve any problems quickly Use performance data to identify improvements and drive efficiencyWhat You’ll Bring Excellent organisational and admin skills – with a strong grip on Excel, Word, and scheduling tools Clear and confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt when plans change A passion for delivering great customer service – ideally within housing or maintenance A team player who’s proa...
