SAP Indirect Tax Senior Manager

I'm currently working with a leading global consulting firm that is investing heavily in its SAP Tax & Transformation capability. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to hire an experienced SAP Indirect Tax Senior Manager to join their UK team.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of tax, technology, and large-scale ERP transformation.
You'll work with multinational clients to:
* Shape and deliver SAP-enabled tax transformations
* Advise on VAT/GST processes within S/4HANA programmes
* Support e-invoicing and digital tax compliance initiatives
* Help organisations optimise their tax operating models through technology
You'll also play a key role in:
* Leading end-to-end tax workstreams
* Managing senior stakeholders
* Supporting client pursuits and business development
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Strong experience in indirect tax (VAT/GST)
* Proven track record working with SAP (ideally S/4HANA)
* Experience across SAP implementations or transformation programmes
* Ability to lead workstreams and manage client relationships
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
* Experience with tax engines (e.g. Thomson Reuters, Vertex)
* Exposure to SAP DRC / e-invoicing / digital reporting
* Broader understanding of finance transformation or ERP programmes
* Consulting background or experience in a client-facing role
