Seasonal Head Chef – Live In
Location: Isles of Scilly
Season: March to October
Pay: £20 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Approx. 45–50 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Seasonal Head Chef to join a well-established kitchen team on the Isles of Scilly. This is an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef looking for a seasonal role in a beautiful location.
The successful candidate will be passionate about fresh, local, seasonal produce and confident managing a small seasonal team.

Key Responsibilities:
5. Managing and leading a small kitchen team
6. Cooking to a consistently high standard
7. Supporting and motivating kitchen staff
8. Maintaining organisation and cleanliness in the kitchen
9. Remaining calm under pressure during busy services
10. Ensuring all Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met
The Ideal Candidate:
11. Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
12. Strong leadership and organisational skills
13. Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
14. Reliable, motivated, and professional
