We are looking for a Support Coordinator to cover maternity leave on a 1 year fixed term contract in our HQ offices in Sale, Manchester, M33 2AU What youll be doing The role is to work across the Helpdesk function coordinate the helpdesk process by managing various client inboxes/portals through actioning work order and information requests and accurate closure of work orders whilst working to a defined timescale for response. To help and assist the wider operations admin team with any additional administration processes and tasks which are required within a fast moving, operational environment to ensure that the requirements of the business are met. Responsibilities 1. Manage the workorder or information request process for multiple key clients across multiple platforms 2. Manage the periodic scheduling system for clients where appropriate 3. Accurately allocate work orders or information requests to the relevant departments and managing the timely response to the client ensuring SLAs are met.
