* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information on prospective students, tracking their journey from initial contact to application.

Events:

* Assist the Events Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering recruitment events, including open days, webinars, school visits, and campus tours.
* Support logistical arrangements for both in-person and virtual events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to meet event requirements.

* Assist in recruiting, training, and managing student ambassadors for events.
* Provide guidance and support to ambassadors, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.

* Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials, including digital content, flyers, and event invitations.
* Monitor and respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and educators, delivering excellent customer service and information.

Data Management and Reporting:

* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information on prospective students and event attendees.
* Assist in gathering and analyzing data from events and lead interactions to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategies.
