The Company: Our client is a successful and growing legal firm with a head office based in Bristol and other offices based around the South West and Wales. The Job: Our client is seeking an administrator to join them in their busy Probate team, in their Clevedon office. This is a varied role providing administrative support to the team. This will include the all administration relating to legal cases are up to date on their system, post, answering the telephone, sending letters and reception too. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage and prioritise situations in a sensitive, timely and effective manner, a pleasant personality and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. The Person: For this role our client is seeking someone who is keen to work in administration and this is an office based role based in Clevedon North Somerset. Ideally you may have already gained some administration experience already. They are looking for someone who is keen, confident with IT, good people skills and a team player.
