About the Role:
* Support the Store Manager in providing leadership and inspiring your team to be at their best, and stepping up to cover the store when needed.
* Create an atmosphere focused on delivering excellent service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes in a safe and operationally efficient environment.
* Deliver a memorable Bath & Body Works experience in store, including passionate advising and selling of products, acting as an ambassador for the brand, and maintaining the store space.
* Support the Store Manager in ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met in your areas of responsibility.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team.
* Show resilience during periods of change and embrace feedback to continue driving results.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
You should be passionate about our customers, our people, and our fragrance and skincare products. Your energetic approach will inspire others, creating a positive working atmosphere and team spirit. You should have exceptional commercial understanding, be a team player, and adapt quickly to change. Strong communication skills, calmness under pressure, problem-solving ability, and experience in leading and coaching high-performing teams are essential. You must be able to plan, organise, and prioritise your workload effectively. Candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK before employment, as sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route is generally not available for this role.
