Due to large expansion, the company is now looking for an experienced CNC Miller with ideally Programming, Setting & Operating experience to join and be part of their manufacturing workshop team. The successful candidate will be able to programme, set & operate with some programming experience using CNC Mills, setting and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control system. Essential duties and responsibilities: Programming,Setting & Operating from using Heidehain control system. Tooling selection, setter and operation of machinery. Working to precise engineering drawings Involved in producing small batch work and one-offs. Working to health and safety proceduresThis is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required Skills and Experience required: Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/engineering environment-Automotive or Aerospace-is desirable. Experience of Programming & Setting CMC mills using Heidenhain control systems. Able to set and operate CNC Machinery Hypermill experience would be highly advantageous.
