You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Requirements: To be considered for the EYFS Teaching Assistant position, you will: Hold a teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience specific to Early Years. Have experience working in an EYFS or primary school setting, specifically with Nursery or Reception aged children. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its principles is essential. This includes understanding the four guiding principles (A Unique Child, Positive Relationships, Enabling Environments, and Learning and Development) and the seven areas of learning.
