BIM Manager
Location: Clerkenwell, London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator with proven experience leading BIM on complex architectural projects and strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Duties:
Develop and implement BIM standards, templates, and workflows aligned with industry best practice
Oversee and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) across multiple projects
Carry out regular model audits, clash detections, and quality reviews
Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to project teams
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless coordination
Evaluate and introduce new digital tools to enhance delivery and efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator within architecture or multidisciplinary practice
Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration platforms (BIM 360)
Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM best practice
Ability to lead BIM strategies on large-scale and technically complex projects
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
